The colonial great house style restaurant features a wine cellar constructed of
antique timber oak, handmade brick and weathered French limestone. Unique to the
Caribbean, the cellar contains 8,000+ bottles of the world’s finest vintages.
Enjoy a cocktail and intimate conversation in the English social club-styled
Portanos Lounge with old-world maritime décor that features Peter Gorman’s
hand-painted rendition of 1550 Spanish explorer’s map on the ceiling. A private
